Integrative Health Coaching

How it works:

Pre-session
Previous to our initial session, I will send you a welcome packet with a couple of forms, including a self-assessment for you to fill out. In the self-assessment you will reflect where you are right now and where you want to be (your current and desired states). Your honest self-assessment will lay the groundwork for the coaching sessions and will allow us to identify new places to explore and new practices to try.

First session
Once we’ve had our initial session and have explored your vision, we will lay down all that we need to create a program suited and customized only for you, to move you in the direction of your vision. Expect clarity and insight around what’s to come in your journey to optimal health.

Following sessions
The following sessions will be devoted to implementing the plan that you and I together create for you. It is important to emphasize the weight of your involvement in your personalized health plan. The key to successful behavioral changes comes from personal insight — understanding what works and what doesn’t work for you — which will make your plan both realistic and sustainable.

Your personalized health plan will identify what it will take from you to get where you want to be. It will outline the positive practices that help guide you through each step on your path of transformation.

Something new will come up in each session as you’ll explore transformation in your life. The idea is to work through each change that comes up, modifying and/or strengthening new habits, and engaging in the practices that work for you. I will be there to support you along the way. Remember, coaching is a partnership.

After the first 3 months working with your actions and practices, we will re-assess your progress and what has been working for you during this time. Then, we will look at what’s next in your journey, and tweak your direction (if necessary) to build upon your progress. From here, having learned sustainable and maintainable ways to improve your life, you will continue on your way — taking flight beyond the coaching program.
